Please list all of the debts and assets that have been acquired during your marriage. if you don't know the value of an asset then estimate the "yard sale" value and do the best you can. You will not need to list every little possession (like knives and forks and towel etc.etc.etc.
All of your house hold possessions that are under the price of $2000.00 can be lumped together and called "House Hold Items" Remember to include items over $2000.00 as separate items. Coin,gun or stamp collections, Frequent Flyer Miles, Pianos, Art, Tools are all examples of things that sometimes are forgotten. Also include any account numbers for debts and assets to include retirement account numbers.
Also include VIN numbers for vehicles. When you have finished you will be asked to submit the information where it will be sent to our office and used in future mediation sessions.
